Thank you for your interest, please read below before filling out an application:

*Please have everyone over 18 fill out an application that is going to living in the rental.

*Your application will not be approved until all information has been submitted to us. These will be requested after an application has been submitted via email.

*We follow all State, Federal and Local housing laws. 

​

*ALL PROPERTIES ARE NON-SMOKING.  THE POSSESSION, USE, MANUFACTURING AND DISTRIBUTION OF MARIJUANA IN ANY FORM FOR ANY REASON IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED ON THE PROPERTY.  THE NEW RECREATIONAL MARIJUANA LAW IN MICHIGAN DOES NOT CHANGE THAT.  PROPERTY OWNERS STILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO NOT ALLOW ITS USAGE OR POSSESSION WHILE ON THE PROPERTY. RENTERS HAVE NO RIGHTS UNDER THE NEW MICHIGAN RECREATION USAGE LAW.  THAT LAW ONLY APPLIES TO YOUR OWN PROPERTY.

*The apartment buildings we don't allow pets.  Houses we allow one dog or cat.

*Anyone who misses their showing will be disqualified.

What criteria's we look for in an applicant:

*Job of at least 6 months

*Income ~ Rent cannot be greater than 40% of your monthly take home income.

*Rental History ~ We will be calling your current landlord.

*Background checks

Possible required documents are:

​

*Copies of your last 3 paystubs

*Any additional paperwork stating income.
